Thankyou for replying Mr. Cooper. It went out all of a sudden. I suspect that it was lightening. It went right thru the surge protector. It turned out to be a bad motherboard. Got one from ebay pretty cheap. I installed it using help from your instructions and she fired right up. This was my first computer repair. Thankyou again for your great instructional style.

Your Computer Repair tapes are awesome. I have tried to learn everything I can about the web and my computer on my own. These tapes made it easy to learn about computers. Now I can do maintenance on my own computer and I don't have to pay somebody by the hour. I'm hoping the preventive maintenance makes my computer last for years. Great job. Keep it up.

the DVDs are wonderful! And they certainly have a place in the Gems area of the website.I Think what struck me the most was the way you take your time and explain everything without insulting an inexperienced user"s intelligence.You speak slowly too.A lot of techs don't do that.I think your instructional videos will help a lot of people if they want to "learn the language" of computers in a non threatening way.
